So competitive reward for top 500 i think has an animated spray.. I'm wondering will this also happen for events sometime in the future?

The only other animated sprays available outside of any season's top 500 rewards are the 4 animated sprays for those who purchase the Warcraft 3 Reforged: Spoils of War Edition.
